High Divide Jamboree – Part 2
Helena National Forest, Montana
August 28 (day trip only)

Difficulty: Moderate

Elevation: Approximately 6500’ to 7700’.
Hike from trailhead to worksite: 1-6 miles
(Bring your mountain bike if you have one.)
Hike and Work: Moderate to Strenuous

All tools and safety gear provided. Volunteers must provide day pack, food and water for the day and a willingness to get dirty on the trail!

Description:
Late spring snow didn’t allow us to complete all the work we wanted to do in June, but watch out – we’re back for more! A new loop trail along the Continental Divide was completed recently, but we need help with the last touches. Work will include installing a trailhead kiosk, putting up CDT signs, trail maintenance and generallly touching things up. Groups involved include horsemen, hikers and mountain bikers; Spandex and Leather Working together!

12-15 volunteers needed.
